Eating is a part of your daily life. You cannot escape the need to eat. Yet, food is so much more complicated than just putting nutrients into your body. We have emotional connections to food and we use it for social connections. It's an entire complex relationship that requires some planning and more than a little flexibility. Plus some grace for yourself.
If you truly want to eat better for the long term, it's important to make sure to balance your approach to account for the emotional and social aspects of your food life. Food is meant to serve your whole self.
